School Fees & Information
We do our best to be fiscally responsible and keep our costs low, but like most public schools, we face budget constraints where tax allocations don’t fully cover all our educational costs. Because we aim to maintain our high teaching and achievement standards, we must pass on some expenses to families through various fees.
Please use these resources to pay appropriate student fees.
Fees Help Sustain Our Programs
We understand that additional costs can place a burden on families, which is why we work diligently to minimize fees in all areas.
When fees are necessary, these minimal yet essential fees help sustain the following:
- Academic Courses: Specialized materials for advanced placement, concurrent enrollment, and courses requiring consumable resources
- Athletics: Equipment, uniforms, transportation, and competition fees
- Clubs: Materials, activities, and resources for extracurricular learning opportunities
- CTE Courses: Industry-standard equipment, materials, and specialized software for career and technical education
- CTE Student Organizations: Leadership development, competitions, and industry networking opportunities
- MTECH Partnerships: Collaborative programs with Mountainland Technical College providing specialized training
- UVU Courses: Concurrent enrollment opportunities with Utah Valley University offering college credit
We regularly review our fee structure to ensure costs remain as minimal as possible while still supporting these valuable educational opportunities. Financial assistance and fee waivers are available for eligible families to ensure all students can participate fully in their education.
Notice Regarding Fee Waivers
School fees may be waived for students who are eligible under Utah law. If paying these fees would create a financial hardship for your family, your student may qualify for a fee waiver. Fee waiver applications and information regarding eligibility are available from the school office or on the District website.
No student will be denied the opportunity to participate in a school class, program, or school-sponsored activity because of an inability to pay an applicable fee. All fee waiver requests will be handled confidentially and in accordance with Utah law and district policy.
