South Summit Elementary students got a treat this morning. Paige Mitchell from the Summit County Health Department came to do breakfast and yoga. Some people may not know that our lunch ladies are also breakfast ladies. We offer breakfast and lunch to students every day. Celebrating School Social Work Week! Shoutout to the incredible school social workers who bring their expertise and unique educational background to our schools. They help create a positive and inclusive environment for students. Their presence contributes to the holistic development and well-being of students and strengthens the overall effectiveness of our school community. We're so happy to have Detective Stewart join the South Summit family. He spends his days getting to know the students at each school. At first some of the kids were a little concerned as to why there was a "policeman" at the school all the time.
