Amanda Monaco Med, BSN, RN, NCSN

  • Graduated with her BSN from Westminster College.

  • Graduated with her Masters of Education from Cambridge College in Massachusetts.

  • Worked in Granite School District as a school nurse for 13 years prior to coming to South Summit School District.

  • Favorite hobbies include: being outdoors, fishing, cooking, doing anything crafty, and spending time with her family.

  • Graduated with her BSN & Health Science degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.

  • She started her career in Neonatal Intensive Care at Utah Valley Regional and has been in nursing for over 15 years.

  • Favorite hobbies include: kayaking, hiking, camping with her family, cooking and baking anything with sourdough.

Jorja, RN, BSN

  • Graduated from the Westminster College of Nursing Program.

  • Works at Primary Children's Hospital as their Clinical Technology Manager and also helps out in the Spina Bifida Clinic as needed. She previously worked on the Neuro Trauma Unit at Primary Children's Hospital and has been there at the hospital for 19 years.

  • Favorite hobbies include: spending time with her son and family, reading, traveling, being outdoors in the warm weather, and being on the beach.

  • Graduated from Utah Valley University in Nursing.

  •  Enjoy learning about good health practices and sharing that knowledge with others. 

         

  • Experience working with children of all ages in community settings.

           

  • Favorite hobbies include: Doing anything with my family- playing games, traveling, camping, biking, watching movies, really anything! Reading, eating popcorn & ice cream (not together), and finding good deals.

  • Loves children and has worked with them for 20 years.

  • Has worked in Emergency medicine for 6 years.

  • Favorite hobbies include: canyoneering, mountain biking, and just about anything in the warm weather.
