ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE

The primary focus of this program is for non-native English speakers to become literate in English communication through life-skill curricula for:

  • Speaking

  • Reading

  • Writing

The program is also designed to assist individuals who live in a family or community environment where a language other than English is the dominant language.
