Community Nursing Services (CNS) is once again offering flu shots to the community and will donate $2 to our schools for every eligible immunization!
Anyone 6 months or older can get a flu shot. They're free through your insurance or available for low cost if you don't have insurance. #flushotclinic #cnsshots #southsummitsd
