NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
ALL NEW STUDENTS TO SOUTH SUMMIT SCHOOL DISTRICT
New High School Student Registration is by appointment only, please contact Maria Todd to schedule. Middle School and Elementary School students do not need an appointment.
Before a student can be enrolled in South Summit School District, the following information MUST be provided:
Proof of residency (for example a utility bill, etc. that shows current name and address), which proves you live within school boundaries.
Proof of guardianship (if necessary). If living with anyone other than a biological parent, then transfer of guardianship documents MUST be provided. In case of a divorce, court documents MUST be provided showing that the parent has legal custody of the student.
Transcript/s from past school/s attended REQUIRED for scheduling classes. (High School)
